Nikki Beach Hotels and Resorts has announced that its robust development pipeline is slated to grow the brand’s portfolio from four outposts to seven beginning this year. Slated to become the brand’s second outpost in Greece, the Nikki Beach Resort & Spa Santorini is set to launch later this year as the Greek island’s first lifestyle resort with private beach access. The forthcoming resort will house 60 guestrooms and suites, as well as three F&B spaces and the signature Nikki Spa.
Also in development is the Nikki Beach Resort & Spa Montenegro, which will debut as part of a luxury private villa project that overlooks the historic town of Budva. In addition to 150 guestrooms and suites, the resort will be appointed with 20 luxury villas, three private beaches, five restaurants, a jetty, and a beach club concept. Brand signatures such as the Nikki Spa and Tone Gym will also be featured.
Finally, the Nikki Beach Resort & Spa Sri Lanka will also grow the brand’s footprint development along the pristine beaches of Balapitya, Indonesia. Surrounded by rolling hills and lush rainforests, the resort will comprise 200 guestrooms and suites in addition to luxe amenities that will include rooftop pools and more than 600 feet of private beach. Four restaurants and bars will also serve as onsite highlights alongside the Nikka Spa, Tone Gym, and a Nikki Beach integration into the resort pool.
