The Nikki Beach Resort & Spa Dubai has arrived—the brand’s fourth installation in its worldwide beach and urban retreat series. Featuring 132 keys, 117 guestrooms, 15 villas, and 63 private residences, the sprawling luxury resort has been designed by locally based firm DSA Architects International and Beirut-based Gatserelia Design.
Situated along 1,476 feet of beachfront, the 559,723-square-foot property features accommodations equipped with bespoke entertainment systems, mood lighting, personalized minibars, and views of the Arabian Gulf. Spacious guestrooms are also outfitted with a chic, beachside aesthetic that includes a palette of bright white and pale blue tones, and natural wood elements. Villas offer immediate access to the beach, private pools, and terraces.
Included among the resort’s five restaurants and lounges is urban bistro Café Nikki; the Soul Lounge; the beachside Nikki Beach Dubai Restaurant & Beach Club; and exclusive sunset-view lounge Nikki Privé. Caribbean-Latin fusion concept Key West will debut in 2017. The resort also offers four pools as well as private cabanas with plunge pools. Wellness and sporting facilities include the Nikki Spa, Tone Gym, and a tennis court.
