Neil M. Denari Architects (NMDA) has introduced updated renderings of its proposed hotel project in the West Hollywood neighborhood of Los Angeles. The edits arrive in response to critiques fielded at a previous review session. A construction timeline has not yet been announced.
The redesign features a lighter façade as well as reconfigured car access to impact less foot traffic on La Brea Avenue. The softly curved volume will comprise a four-story podium topped by an amenity deck. The property will house 90 guestrooms with eight residences spread across the top floors. Visitors will be welcomed beyond the porte-cochère with retail options.
