Nobu Hotel & Restaurant Roma is officially open.
Occupying Rome’s former Grand Hotel Via Veneto, the property underwent a transformation led by Rockwell Group that brings together Nobu’s contemporary Japanese minimalism with the materiality of classic Roman design.
The 117 guestrooms and suites, including a three-bedroom Nobu Villa, are conceived as serene sanctuaries infused with layers of natural wood, stone, and soft neutral tones that evoke understated sophistication.
Beyond the accommodations, the hotel includes meeting spaces, a full-service spa, fitness center, and a rooftop terrace overlooking Via Veneto.
Nobu Restaurant Roma
At the heart of the opening is Nobu Restaurant Roma, where chef Nobu Matsuhisa brings his iconic cuisine to Italy’s capital.
Guests can choose to dine in the main restaurant or experience the intimacy of the sushi counter, which gives diners a front row seat to the culinary artistry.
