Minor Hotels has introduced a new property in the UAE. The 396-key Oaks Ibn Gate Dubai Hotel has opened as part of the Ibn Battuta Gate complex and is in close proximity to the Expo 2020 Dubai site.
The hotel consists of 352 guestrooms, with three configuration options, and 44 suites. Each accommodation is furnished with Moroccan influences, and suites are outfitted with décor inspired by scholar and explorer Ibn Battuta’s worldly travels. Thirteen family-sized suites comprise 590 square feet of flexible space, while 29 Battuta suites encompass more than 900 square feet of living space, including a spacious terrace overlooking the city. Dual two-bedroom royal suites total more than 1,500 square feet and include two king bedrooms, a living and dining area, and an outdoor terrace.
Onsite dining includes the all-day restaurant Mistral, the Revo Café, and the Moroccan-inspired Moroc Lounge & Bar. A swimming pool, fitness center, spa, children’s club, and private beach also round out the hotel’s amenities. The Oaks Ibn Gate Dubai Hotel is the second Oaks property in Dubai and the third in the UAE.
