The Origin Lexington hotel is slated to open this summer as a signature fixture of the forthcoming mixed-use development Summit at Fritz Farm. The 120-room hotel features a design from the Thrash Group, which serves as the developer, contractor, and architect of the hotel.
The chef-driven Southern eatery the Still will serve as the hotel’s signature lobby restaurant, complete with a 30-person private dining room. Additional amenities will include a fitness center and a flexible event space suited to accommodate up to 200 people.
Summit at Fritz Farm will also provide numerous amenities for hotel guests, including 300,000 square feet of retail and restaurants like the Barn at Fritz Farm food hall. The complex will also be home to more than 300 residences and 44,000 square feet of offices.
