Los Angeles-based boutique hospitality company Paligroup has announced the development of four new properties including its first outside LA. Each of the four forthcoming outposts are slated to arrive within 2018 or early 2019.
Debuting in summer 2018, the 55-room Palihotel Westwood Village in LA will be housed within a former hotel property from the 1930s. The interiors will combine midcentury modern elements with an eclectic, Parisian style. Also debuting in LA, the Palihotel Culver City will span 49 guestrooms in the city’s cinematic and tech-centric neighborhood. Inside the restored Art Deco-style building, the interiors will boast a modern, urban quality as well as a French influence. A full-service restaurant, indoor-outdoor bar, and private courtyard will also be featured onsite opening in fall 2018.
The classic and contemporary Palihotel Seattle will debut in summer 2018 as the brand’s first property outside LA. Located downtown near Pike Place Market, the hotel will open within the century-old former Colonnade Hotel, whose façade has been deemed a city landmark. The Palihotel Seattle will also see the second launch of the Hart and Hunter, the brand’s signature eatery. Set to arrive in early 2019, the 70-room Palihouse Miami Beach will launch along the Indian Creek waterway near the sea. The Art Deco-style structure will be outfitted with an eclectic design inspired by the eastern seaboard and boho, Mediterranean styles. The hotel will include a slew of indoor-outdoor amenities including a lobby bar and private pool area.
