Slated to debut in 2020 with a design by locally based Ehrlich Yanai Rhee Chaney Architects and London- and New York-based Martin Brudnizki Design Studio, the forthcoming Pendry West Hollywood hotel has revealed plans to partner with famed chef Wolfgang Puck on its F&B options.
The luxury Los Angeles hotel will introduce a new signature eatery located at the intersection of Sunset Boulevard and Olive Drive in addition to a casual indoor-outdoor concept that connects the property with its buzzing neighborhood. A poolside rooftop restaurant will be featured alongside a sleek lobby bar that will be attached to a patio garden.
“I have always wanted to return to the Sunset Strip, and I’m excited to come back in such a big way,” Puck says. “The location and design of the hotel has inspired me to create new dining experiences with culinary offerings that will include Pendry exclusive dishes. I’m thrilled to be a part of this world-class project.”
The 300,000-square-foot development will accommodate 149 luxe guestrooms and 40 private residences. Additional amenities will include a screening room, bowling alley, Spa Pendry, and a fitness center.
