The Pronghorn Resort in Bend, Oregon has announced that it is set to unveil its new elevated guest wing, the Huntington Lodge, next month. Designed by Portland-based firms Ankrom Moisan Architecture and OMFGCO, the 104-room branch of the property features a slew of new amenities including a year-round outdoor pool.
Overlooking the 18th hole of the Championship Golf Course, the Huntington Lodge will draw inspiration from its natural surroundings, incorporating wood furnishings and soft, organic layers. In addition to clean lines and glass accents, interiors will also be punctuated with an array of one-of-a-kind elements from artwork to fabrics sourced from more than 20 Oregon-based artisans, fabricators, and manufacturers.
All accommodations will feature natural tones and textures reminiscent of the high desert, while organic wood and expressive, modern furnishings brighten interiors. Each of the 104 guestrooms and suites will provide panoramic forest and mountain views that can be enjoyed via private outdoor terraces. In-room fireplaces and full kitchens will also be included. Larger configurations will be outfitted with connected living rooms and two-bedroom suites.
