AJ Capital Partners has acquired the Providence Biltmore Hotel in the Rhode Island capital with plans to transform the property into the Graduate Providence. Following a comprehensive renovation by AJ Capital’s in-house team under the leadership of chief creative officer Andrew Alford, the hotel is scheduled to arrive in spring 2019.
Located in the heart of downtown Providence, the 294-room hotel is fixed in close proximity to five universities, including Brown University and the Rhode Island School of Design. The renovation will entail upgrades to all guestrooms and common areas including the spa and 18,500 square feet of versatile meeting space.
