Raffles Hotels & Resorts is slated to open its first Mexico property with the launch of Raffles Estera East Cape Resort & Residences in 2029.
Developed in partnership with ONE Development Group, the project marks the brand’s second property in North America, following the opening of Raffles Boston.
Located on a pristine stretch of beachfront in Los Cabos’ East Cape—an enclave between San José del Cabo and Los Barriles—the resort will feature 80 guestrooms and 46 branded residences in its initial phase.
What to expect at Raffles Estera East Cape Resort & Residences
Architecture will be led by Olson Kundig, interiors will be spearheaded by Studio Paolo Ferrari, and Huber Design will craft the private residences.
Across all spaces, the design will reflect the refined spirit of Raffles, while embracing the culture and natural beauty of Baja California Sur.
Amenities will include a full-service spa, multiple outdoor pools, beach and mountain clubs, and a waterfront sports center. Culinary offerings will span seven venues, including a signature restaurant, poolside dining, gourmet café, and the brand’s iconic Long Bar and Writer’s Bar.
A ballroom and flexible indoor-outdoor event spaces will round out the offerings, alongside curated retail and dedicated clubs for children and teens.
