This week, real estate entrepreneur and investor Philip Bates announced the launch of Bode, a flexible residence-style, self-guided hotel experience aimed at the lifestyle traveler. Crafted with a focus on group-friendly spaces and floor plans, the brand’s first two locations will open in Nashville and Chattanooga, Tennessee in November 2018 and first quarter 2019, respectively, with plans for Palm Springs, Indian Wells, and Orange County underway.
Bode properties, dubbed “Bodes,” will be designed to accommodate guests who are seeking a local, boutique hotel experience while traveling with friends, family, and colleagues. Each will have in-unit common areas and multi-bedroom floor plans
The soon-to-be-launched Bode Nashville offers guests the option to book two- to five-bedroom accommodations (of 100 rooms total) boasting spacious living rooms, balconies, and chef-inspired kitchens. Every Bode will have a Hub, an inviting and dynamic space where guests and locals can enjoy a neighborhood coffee shop and cafe, artisanal market, and craft bar. Communal workspaces, social hangouts and event spaces will further anchor the Hub’s place as the centerpiece of every Bode.
