W Hotels Worldwide will expand its footprint with the launch of the W Nashville in 2020 within the revitalized Gulch neighborhood. Led by New York-based Rockwell Group, the design will reflect the brand’s modern flair while also embracing the rich musical culture and legacy of Music City.
The expansive Living Room will welcome guests with a reinterpretation of the city’s amphitheaters and recording studios, compete with a DJ booth, full bar, and local artwork. Two F&B venues will open, including the Italian chophouse the Dutch Nashville, which will be anchored by a glass-walled kitchen. The hotel will be crowned with rooftop bar, boasting wood paneling, a central fireplace, and sliding garage doors that line the perimeter.
Nearly 350 accommodations will be housed onsite with 52 suites featured among the guestroom lineup, including the 1,668-square-foot Extreme Wow suite. Highlights of the hotel’s 13,500 square feet of flexible meeting and event space will be 5,000 square feet of prefunction space and a 3,600-square-foot terrace. Amenities will also include a fitness center and yoga lawn, grill and poolside bar, and the 9,700-square-foot WET Deck appointed with luxury cabanas.
