Appointed by Rosewood Hotels & Resorts, Vancouver-based property development company Replay Destinations will manage the forthcoming Rosewood Half Moon Bay Antigua, set to open in 2021 in the West Indies. A design firm has yet to be announced.
Located in one of the world’s most sought-after beach destinations, the resort will encompass 132 oceanfront acres with 47 pavilion-style suites, including a three-bedroom presidential suite. All accommodations promise ocean views, while other amenities will include private infinity plunge pools, hammocks, open-air baths and showers, and live orchid walls in the bathrooms.
F&B options will include a signature lounge with a design inspired by the flavors, colors, and culture of the West Indies; pool grill; and beach bar, all with ingredients partially sourced from an onsite organic farm. The resort will also feature two pools, a fitness center, tennis courts, and Sense, a Rosewood spa with six treatment rooms that cater to local relaxation techniques.
