Rosewood Hotels & Resorts is set to debut Rosewood Dubai and Rosewood Residences Dubai on the upcoming Peninsula Dubai waterfront district in 2029.
The forthcoming Rosewood Dubai
Spanning 640,104 square feet, Rosewood Dubai will feature a 195-key hotel and eight private garden villas designed to embody the Emirate’s cultural richness.
Amenities will include a private beach and beach club, four distinctive dining venues, a wellness center, and immersive art, music, and culinary programming.
For younger travelers, an Explorers Club will provide interactive play and learning opportunities.
Rosewood Residences Dubai
Adjacent to the hotel, Rosewood Residences Dubai will combine modern architecture with nods to local culture across its 63 residences and five exclusive beachfront villas.
Residents will have access to a 24-hour concierge, spa and movement studio, padel court, private cinema, library, and lounge.
The project is owned by real estate investment company Bright Star and developed in partnership with locally based H&H.
