The Rosewood Puebla, the brand’s fourth outpost in Mexico, has debuted in the historic locale of Puebla. The city’s colonial architecture and colorful ceramics informed the 78-room property’s design from Mexican architect Eric Meza Leines and New York’s Wimberly Interiors. Locally crafted furnishings from regional artisans are showcased in a sophisticated blend of past and present.
The Rosewood Puebla’s three onsite F&B options include the Mexican-French bistro Pasquinel Bistrot; the streetside Café Azul Talavera; and Bar Los Lavaderos, which occupies a space preserved from the 19th century. The Rosewood spa and rooftop infinity pool are featured in addition to 4,950 square feet of event spaces. The central courtyard is home to a 300-year-old chapel, which serves as a private wedding and dining venue
