Rosewood Hotels and Resorts has announced that its pipeline in China will continue to grow with the opening of the Rosewood Ningbo in 2024. Located within the Zhejiang province, the hotel will be developed as part of the mixed-use complex Ningbo New World Plaza, which will total more than one million square feet in the industrial city’s central business district of Sanjiangkou.
Occupying levels 43 through 56, the hotel will be home to 185 guestrooms and 15 sprawling suites, all of which will overlook the surrounding urban landscape. Highlighted among the onsite meeting and event venues will be the 12,100-square-foot grand ballroom. An additional 11,350 square feet of multifunctional space will also be housed onsite alongside five F&B venues and Sense, a Rosewood Spa on the 55th floor. A fitness center and indoor pool will round out the wellness amenities as well.
