Construction will begin on Rosewood Hotel & Resorts‘ 16th Asian property, Rosewood Shanghai, in 2022. Slated to open in 2028, the hotel will be crafted by global firm Foster + Partners in the bustling Jing’an District and draw inspiration from the dynamic spirit of its setting. Rosewood Shanghai joins nine properties in operation and six in development across Asia.
Occupying the uppermost levels of a mixed-use structure, the property will frame urban vistas from each of its 200 guestrooms and suites, and amenities will include five F&B options, as well as the brand’s signature wellness concept Asaya.
