The recently opened RuMa Hotel and Residences in Kuala Lumpur has announced the debut of its wellness facility, UR SPA. Housed within the contemporary colonial-style property, the spa concept reinterprets Malaysian colonial heritage and the aesthetic qualities of Urban Resort Concepts through a localized lens by Shanghai-based firm MQ-studio.
UR SPA comprises five luxe treatment rooms (including a couple’s suite), a dedicated foot therapy lounge, a men’s barbershop, and numerous relaxation spaces. Also featured in the new wellness venue is the SANTAI Pool Bar and Lounge, which accommodates F&B options as well as an 80-foot-long outdoor infinity pool and cantilevered sundeck.
