Sbe has lined up a Hyde Hotel & Residences for Coachella Valley, California, in partnership with Dakota Development Company and Global House Buyer.
An extension of sbe’s Hyde nightlife heritage brand, the destination lifestyle resort will debut in early 2017.
“The Palm Springs area has rapidly grown to be an elite leisure destination that we have had our sights set on for quite some time,” says sbe founder and CEO Sam Nazarian. “Hyde Hotel & Residences has been conceptually designed to draw inspiration from its city and its surroundings. We are thrilled to introduce this brand to the Coachella Valley area.”
The 350-room property will feature 150 two-bedroom condo units with studio lock-outs, 40 suites, and 10 two-bedroom standalone villas.
Amenities will include Hyde Kitchen and Cocktails, a spa, as well as meeting and event facilities. A selection of suites will also offer private plunge pools.
In partnership with the Related Group, the first Hyde Hotel & Residences is set to open in Hollywood, Florida in 2017, with Hyde Beach House Hollywood and Hyde Hotel & Residences Midtown Miami also in the pipeline.
