The Olympian Hong Kong, a 32-room boutique hotel, has opened in the heart of the Yau Tsim Mong cultural district of West Kowloon. The hotel is making its grand opening through Sino Hotels, the hospitality management branch of Sino Group. Sino Hotel’s growing portfolio also includes nearby hotels like the Hong Kong Gold Coast Hotel and the Island Pacific Hotel.
The Olympian features a sophisticated Oriental-style touch thanks to floral motifs and objet d’art throughout. The neighborhood surrounding the hotel, known as Kowloon’s Golden Circle, is immortalized in historical images that appear throughout. Chinese culture is embraced through peony-inspired artwork and lighting reminiscent of Chinese lanterns. Hardwood floors and velvet furniture help complement the Olympian’s warm palette.
“Guests seeking bespoke services in an exclusive setting will find at the Olympian Hong Kong an elegant oasis in the heart of the city, a truly cozy home away from home,” says Giovanni Viterale, executive director of Sino Hotels.
The Olympian’s guestrooms are some of the most generously sized in the city, ranging from the 460-square-foot Deluxe Olympian rooms to the 807-square-foot Olympian suite. Floor-to-ceiling windows in each guestroom treat visitors to views of Hong Kong’s Victoria Harbour in addition to the city’s iconic skyline.
