The new Aqua Sana Spa has opened at the 400-acre Center Parcs resort community at the Longford Forest, Ireland. Housed within a $10 million, 26,900-square-foot single-story structure, the wellness gem is crafted by English design firm Sparcstudio with an emphasis on the therapeutic traits of the forest.
Each of the four thermal zones of the Aqua Sana Langford Forest– Hot Springs, Volcanic Forest, Treetop Nesting, and Nordic Forest- are conceived with a temperate aesthetic and soundscape, offering over 20 hot, cold, herbal and meditative experiences together. The spa’s 14 treatment rooms, bespoke spaces, as well as its onsite eatery Vitale Café, are all delicately dedicated to the tranquility and silence of the forest, while an outdoor infinity-edge thermal swimming pool is featured alongside hot tubs overlooking the scenery. For those who want to extend their stay in the forest, the Center Parcs resort offers overnight accommodations at its lakeside apartments.
