The St. Kitts Marriott Resort & the Royal Beach Casino is set to unveil the first leg of its property-wide upgrades this August. Newly refreshed guestrooms will debut this summer, while the Marriott Great Room will arrive as the new lobby concept later this year.
The design team will infuse the resort with tranquility and simplicity, drawing inspiration from the local term “liming,” another word for relaxing. Textures, colors, and subtle patterns will reflect the natural beauty of the tropical locale, while also aligning with the brand’s sophisticated style.
Guestrooms will swap the standard dresser, desk, and chair for functional comfort, with laidback seating areas. Bathrooms will receive simple touch-ups with the introduction of quality materials including polished nickel, dark wood, backlit mirrors, and white quartz countertops. A palette of rich wood, ocean blue, off-white, and pops of sunny yellow will be featured in the makeover.
