International co-living concept The Collective has announced the opening of its largest property in the Canary Wharf neighborhood of London. Spread across 21 stories, the flexible outpost hosts 705 accommodations available for stays ranging from one night to 12 months.
Crafted by the brand’s in-house design team, the Collective Canary Wharf features many design-driven communal spaces, including a kitchen and dining area, a library, and private conference rooms. The basement functions as the new location’s social nucleus, housing amenities such as a bar, surround-sound cinema, private viewing room, virtual golf simulator, and gaming room—all of which are bookable through the Collective’s own smartphone app. The London outpost is also home to Mihr, the 150-seat onsite restaurant on its top floor, adjacent to the swimming pool and spa facilities.
