Next Month, the Dorchester Collection will launch a significant renovation of Hotel Eden, located in Rome.
The hotel’s refresh will unveil 99 guestrooms and suites, restore a F&B concept with panoramic city views, and add a spa with treatment facilities and a blow-dry bar.
Situated in the Old City area, Hotel Eden dates back to 1889 and is located nearby local attractions such as the Spanish Steps and Villa Borghese.
The new interiors will juxtapose the building’s classic Roman design with a contemporary aesthetic—conceived by Bruno Moinard of 4BI & Associates, along with Patrick Jouin and Sanjit Manku of Jouin Manku. Moinard will specifically oversee interior design of the lobby and accommodations, while Manku will restore the spa and sixth-floor F&B concept.
Hotel Eden will close for the duration of the project beginning November 1st and is scheduled to reopen next fall.
