Vision Hospitality Group has commissioned the Gettys Group and architectural firm PV Design to develop the Edwin Hotel—a new boutique property in Chattanooga, Tennessee.
The hotel’s name pays homage to Edwin Thacher, a local figurehead who spearheaded local development in the late 19th century.
To open in the spring of 2017, the 90-room property will be located in the Bluff View Art District. Interiors will feature upscale décor that takes design cues from the local environment.
Amenities will include a rooftop bar, a signature restaurant concept, along with activities and excursions coordinated via local partnerships.
