Breckenridge Grand Vacations (BGV) has launched the first opening phase of its fourth resort, the Grand Colorado on Peak 8 (GC8). Five openings are scheduled for the resort.
The property has opened 38 luxury residences with a special reception at the onsite restaurant Robbie’s Tavern at the Bergenhof. Residences will feature modern alpine aesthetics as well as framed picturesque views of the Baldy and Guyot Mountains. Also included in this first opening are a multi-feature indoor-outdoor aquatics center, ski locker rooms, a temporary reception area, and a heated parking garage.
Once completed, the resort will house 265 residences in addition to aquatic areas, private movie theaters, an outdoor ice rink, market, café, arcade, lobby bar, and the Infinity Spa at the Grand Colorado.
