Ennismore will bring its signature brand of relaxed sophistication to Music City with the opening of the Hoxton, Nashville.
Slated to debut in 2027, the property will rise in the burgeoning Pie Town neighborhood with architecture by GREC Architects and interiors from Ennismore’s in-house creative team, AIME Studios.
The Hoxton, Nashville will embrace a locally rooted design that evokes a sense of residential warmth.
What the Hoxton, Nashville has to offer
The open-plan lobby—complete with a coffee shop, bar, and all-day restaurant—will act as a welcoming living room for both travelers and locals. Further, a rooftop pool and restaurant on the eighth floor will offer skyline views, while a subterranean speakeasy will bring a dose of after-hours energy.
Also on tap is the brand’s signature Apartment, a collection of flexible private rooms centered around a communal pantry kitchen outfitted to host meetings, parties, and private dinners. Additional amenities include an indoor fitness center, events terrace, and underground parking.
True to its neighborhood-driven ethos, the Hoxton, Nashville will spotlight local makers and artists through its “Best of” retail collection and “Hox Gallery,” which will showcase works from emerging local talent throughout the public spaces.
The announcement marks the latest chapter in the Hoxton’s global expansion, with properties in Edinburgh and Dublin set to open in 2025 and hotels in Oslo and Melbourne on the horizon.
In the U.S., Hoxton’s growing portfolio includes outposts in New York, Los Angeles, Portland, and Chicago.
