The 201-room Jacquard Hotel in Denver joins Marriott’s Autograph Collection, serving as key hospitality fixture within the city’s Cherry Creek North District. The Denver office of CannonDesign collaborated with local firm Design Force on the 172,600-square-foot building, which is made of four different façades composed of windowed walls, stucco, and architectural aluminum paneling.
In addition to 7,800 square feet of conference and prefunction space, including a southern-facing terrace, the Jacquard is home to a street-level bar and lounge. Located off Milwaukee Street, the ground floor will soon be outfitted with retail component. A forthcoming rooftop terrace will frame Rocky Mountain views and feature a regulation-size lap pool.
