British hospitality brand Iconic Luxury Hotels has announced that the Mayfair Townhouse hotel will debut in London in September 2020. The fifth entry in the company’s portfolio, the 172-key outpost will comprise seven Georgian listed buildings in close proximity to premier dining and retail neighborhoods of the city. The luxury property will also be home to a dual penthouse and garden suites. The onsite cocktail spot Dandy Bar will stand out among its amenities, alongside a private fitness center, and many versatile event spaces.
