Following a multimillion-dollar renovation led by Atlanta-based Sims Patrick Studio, the Partridge Inn has joined the Curio – a Collection by Hilton portfolio.
A historic property in Augusta, Georgia, the 144-room hotel is managed by NorthPointe Hospitality Management.
The exterior features a newly painted white façade and redesigned wraparound verandas, while internal public spaces, corridors, and meeting space were renovated and preserved with architectural features including the original woodwork and ceiling tiles. A lobby market, exercise room, and porte-cochère were also added.
Accommodations, which feature connecting balconies, were updated with modern furniture, light fixtures, and a neutral color palette juxtaposed with dark décor. The uppermost level’s 2,100-square-foot, three-bedroom Penthouse suite now doubles as a private event space and, when vacant, converts to a pop-up bar on weekends.
The redesigned P.I. Bar & Grill is reimagined with a new color scheme and offers a white marble-topped bar with illuminated shelving, as well as hightop, bench, and communal-style seating. Also added was the first-floor Cigar Bar, which features a patio and lounge with Captain’s chairs, sectional seating, and a firepit.
