Founded by billionaire Leandro Rizzuto, the Reef by CuisinArt Golf Resort and Spa is slated to make its debut on Anguilla this November on Merrywing Bay. Designed by Prague-based architecture firm Atelier 111, the beachfront resort will house numerous amenities including a library, boutique, spa, fitness center, and two tennis courts. As part of the larger CuisinArt Golf Resort & Spa, guests of the Reef will have access to all amenities, including the Greg Norman Signature 18-hole golf course.
Featuring the island’s only hydroponic farm, the property offers an array of dining options with ingredients sourced locally or onsite. Eateries include the poolside Yacht Club and beachfront restaurant and bar Breezes. Guests can also dine at the Golf Resort’s Tokyo Bay, the island’s only Japanese option; the open-air concept Café Mediterraneo; the elegant Italia; and the AAA Four Diamond Le Bistro at Santorini, which features the private Chef’s Table dining experience.
Included among the Reef’s 80 guestrooms are 25 golfview junior suites and 25 seaview junior suites in the main building. Thirty additional rooms are housed across four beachfront buildings, two of which outfitted with outdoor Jacuzzis.
