The Resort at Pedregal has introduced the first suite from its new Villa Collection. The Casa Bella Vista features two floors and three bedrooms—two master bedrooms and a separate guest casita—each of which includes an en suite bathroom. The rest of the collection will comprise six additional three- and four-bedroom suites.
Villa guests will have access to the entire 24-acre property, nestled into the mountainside on the southern tip of Mexico’s Baja California Peninsula.
Designed by Joshua Harrison of Dallas-based Auriga Studio, the 4,391-square-foot abode features a living room with floor-to-ceiling windows that offer views of the nearby marina and downtown Cabo. In addition to a full kitchen, an open balcony includes covered barbecue areas with firepits and a private infinity pool with chaise lounges. The villas also provide guests with indoor parking, a laundry room, and butler service.
