The Wayfinder Hotel is slated to open in Newport, Rhode Island as an elevated take on the locale’s traditional inns. New York-based design studio Reunion Goods & Services is crafting the 197-room boutique concept with a bright and airy atmosphere that evokes a laidback coastal style.
Deviating from customary nautical references, the interior design opts for vintage touchpoints, vibrant custom furnishings, and more than 1,000 pieces of locally sourced artwork. Amenities will include signature restaurant Nomi Park, as well as a solarium bar, coffee shop, and poolside dining. An onsite retail space will also showcase a range of local artisanal goods.
