Owned and developed by CastleRock Asset Management, the 27-story Westin Nashville will open in October with a Nashville-inspired design from New York-based architecture firm David Mexico Design Group and local firm Bullock Smith & Partners.
The 454-room property will boast two signature restaurants as well as L27, the rooftop pool lounge, which offers views of downtown Nashville as well as seven cabanas with seating for up to 200 guests. Meanwhile, the spa features nine treatment rooms, a relaxation room, an indoor pool, co-ed sauna, and a manicure-pedicure station. A fitness center and 20,000 square feet of versatile event and pre-function space will also be available.
The hotel enjoys an optimal location, only steps away from Music City Center, the Country Music Hall of Fame and Museum, Ryman Auditorium, and the Nashville Predators’ Bridgestone Arena.
