NP International will officially launch the first property under its THēsis Hotels banner in March 2020. Located at the threshold of the University of Miami in Coral Gables, Florida, the THēsis Hotel Miami will debut as part of the Paseo de la Riviera mixed-use development and accommodate 245 guestrooms. Contemporary co-working spaces and 6,500 square feet of event areas will serve as the main social venues of the property, while two restaurants—the New American concept ORNO and the Mamey Gastrobar—will also be featured onsite. A rooftop pool will crown the hotel as well.
Jorge Hernandez Architects will spearhead the project, while Gensler will oversee interiors as the architect of record. The THēsis brand will focus on serving communities with a focus on access to education, transportation, and medical facilities. Plans for the rollout of additional units will be further revealed in 2020.
