The 25hours Hotel the Trip in Frankfurt has announced renovation and expansion plans that are slated for completion this September. Originally designed by Karl Dudler Architekten, the property will undergo its first redo at the hand of Thomas Tritsch from locally based practice Morgen Interiors.
The redesign will reflect the flamboyant and raw nature of the city’s Bahnhofsviertel distrcit, appointing all 152 accommodations with nods to international adventure. The hotel courtyard will host an exhibition from global art initiative Inside Out as well as French street photographer and filmmaker JR. The restaurant on the ground floor, Bar Shuka, will also be updated to attract a new clientele to the Oriental soul food concept. The laidback workspace Studio 54 will also be featured onsite.
