Timbers Resorts is expanding to Hawaii with Hokuala – A Timbers Resort, the former site of Kauai Lagoons.
The oceanfront Hokuala resort community will occupy a 450-acre plot on the southeast coast of Kaua’i and will comprise a private residence club, luxury residences, custom golf course home sites, a retail-shopping village, and a boutique hotel with a destination spa, F&B outlets, pools, and wedding venues. Other amenities will include golf, tennis, hiking and bike trails, beach activities, as well as ocean and mountain excursions.
The site’s Jack Nicklaus Signature Course will also be renovated as the Ocean Course next year.
Construction will begin on the first real estate offering, the Timbers Kaua’i – Ocean Club & Residences, a collection of luxury homes that will offer a residence club with ownership opportunities, the Ocean Club restaurant, pools, the Keiki Club for youth adventures, and a fitness and wellness center.
