Tribe Hotel Group will launch its first property next month in West Perth, Australia. The nine-story, 126-room Tribe Perth will feature designs from Australian interior designer Travis Walton and Idle Architecture Studio. Mantra Group will manage the hotel.
Marketed as Australia’s first integrated, modular design hotel, Living areas will double as communal workspaces and social clubs complete with break out spaces, lounges, and an outdoor courtyard. A variety of modern furniture will complement curated, contemporary artwork sourced across Australia. Accommodations feature queen beds with custom bases, floor-to-ceiling windows, and blackout blinds, while bathrooms boast rain showers. A café by day and bar by night, Tribe Foods will emphasize the brand’s sustainability goals with its ethical menu.
Tribe plans to further expand in Australia over the next decade with sites acquired in Adelaide, Hobart, and Melbourne.
