Located in the Old Post Office building on Pennsylvania Avenue, the Trump International Hotel Washington, DC has been finished two years ahead of schedule. Featuring 263 guestrooms and 35 suites, including the 6,300 square foot Trump Townhouse, the hotel will open in September.
“We have worked tirelessly to meticulously restore one of the United States’ most high-profile landmarks and are incredibly proud to unveil the results of our efforts this September,” says Ivanka Trump, executive vice president of development and acquisitions for Trump Hotels.
Built in the 19th century, the original details of the building have been restored, and the 263 guestrooms have been updated with the latest technology. The Trump Townhouse, which has its own private entrance, is the largest hotel suite to date in Washington, DC.
The hotel also features the Presidential Ballroom, which is a 13,200-square-foot event space, along with a spa and fitness facility by Ivanka Trump, and the restaurant BLT Prime.
