New York-based DSM Design Group has revealed a new rendering of its forthcoming 487-foot-tall tower currently undergoing development at Hudson Yards in Manhattan. Slated to open by fall 2022, the $368 million tower differs from previous iterations, now evolving beyond original depictions with a more conventional and monolithic glass skin, as well as a gridded glass façade.
The two-floor cubic modules that comprise the tower appear to move, as it rises from a series of double- and triple-height volumes across the lower levels. Known as 450 Eleventh Avenue, the high-rise will be home to a 531-room hotel from Marriott International.
