The Westin Stonebriar has reopened in Dallas-Fort Worth following a $30 million renovation by local firm Merriman Anderson Architects and Calgary-based MTA Urban Design Architecture Interior Design. Elevating the destination’s classic elegance, onsite upgrades place a greater emphasis on laidback luxury and ample space.
Three new F&B options have been introduced, including all-day café Beans & Barrel and Texas-inspired concept Herd & Hearth. An outdoor eatery, Ranch Water, will join the lineup in spring 2021. Additional introductions in the works for next year include a spacious outdoor lawn and running trail, a full-service spa, and a new pool oasis detailed with luxe cabanas. Each of the Westin Stonebriar’s 302 guestrooms are crafted to reflect an authentic sense of place through a modern lens. Warm, earthy elements—like wood finishes, vintage leather, and stone—promote comfort, while open connections to the patio and the outdoors will reinforce surrounding nature.
