Wyndham Hotel Group has introduced its 14th U.S. property with the launch of the Wyndham Grand Clearwater Beach. Located steps from Pier 60 and Clearwater Beach, the 343-room hotel is the brand’s third in Florida, featuring designs from James Wurst and Carlos Teissonniere of the Coral Gables, Florida-based architecture firm NBWW.
Positioned to optimize ocean or Intracoastal Waterway views, contemporary rooms feature water-inspired décor and floor-to-ceiling windows—most of which lead to balconies. Bunk rooms are optimal for families, housing bunk beds for children and separate king beds for adults. Bi-level presidential suites offer three bedrooms, separate dining, and living areas, and private terraces.
Dining options include the pool bar and grill Dock’s; the barista and lobby bar eSKPades; and Ocean Hai, an Asian-fusion concept. The hotel offers more than 22,000 square feet of flexible space across 12 rooms, including the 11,000-square-foot Dunes Ballroom, which accommodates up to 800 people. The ballroom is equipped with terraces, outdoor function space, and chandeliers programmed to change colors and light patterns.
The Wyndham Grand Clearwater Beach is also home to an open-air lobby, Spa Pallavi, a 24-hour fitness center, and a pool overlooking the beach.
