1 Hotels, a new hotel brand from Starwood Capital Group launching this fall, will feature farm-to-table restaurants from chefs Jonathan Waxman, Tom Colicchio, and Seamus Mullen. 1 Hotels will open in New York’s Central Park and Brooklyn Bridge Park and Miami’s South Beach.
Debuting as the first luxury hotel brand to focus on sustainable living, 1 Hotels aims to use natural and sustainable materials. Each of the properties will be LEED certified and will feature a farm fresh restaurant.
