David Burke Group is set to open David Burke Kitchen, a contemporary farm-to-table restaurant in Aspen, Colorado. Opening February 2014, the restaurant will be led by executive chef Matthew O’Neill and will serve American sourced ingredients in a classic menu.
Designed by Chicago-based 555 Design, David Burke Kitchen will feature a warm interior with leather stools, farmhouse tables, and custom cabinetry along with an exhibition kitchen and expansive bar. The outdoor terrace overlooking Aspen mountain and downtown will additionally offer views of the local ski area.
“When I visit Aspen I am struck by the immediate sense of community,” says chef and owner David Burke. “Our farm-to-table restaurant is approachable and is meant to become a natural gathering place for both locals and visitors alike.”
