To thank (and celebrate) one of the largest collaborative design teams ever assembled for a development in California, Gatehouse Capital hosted an intimate gathering and pre-opening tour of what will be one of the most celebrated projects to open this decade – W Hollywood Hotel & Residences. Guests gathered for refreshments on the Residences’ rooftop for exclusive pre-opening tours, followed by a beer and wine reception. Attendees include representatives from Gatehouse Capital, HKS Architects, Rios Clementi Hale Studios, Sussman/Prejza, Lendrum Fine Art, Daly Genik Architects, designstudio ltd and DCI Engineers.
