Accor plans to take over the operations for the majority of Qantas Domestic Lounges.
Having managed Qantas’ first/business lounges in Sydney and Melbourne Airports for over five years, Accor will now oversee the domestic lounge portfolio in Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane, Adelaide, Canberra, and Perth⎯⎯with a rollout from November this year. Qantas domestic lounges will be run under the auspices of Accor’s upscale Pullman brand. Accor’s will provide staff training, lounge management, and food and beverage services across the six key domestic ports.
