Adam D. Tihany has signed on to design three F&B concepts at the upcoming Four Seasons Resort Dubai at Jumeirah Beach. “With its sophisticated blend of regional and international influences, contemporary Dubai is the ideal setting for this project,” Tihany says, “and these venues have been designed with that discerning audience in mind.”
For ground-floor venue Souk (pictured), Tihany will produce a contemporary take on the Arab food market blended with an all-day-dining restaurant, highlighted by a grand vaulted ceiling evoking the open-air market experience. The oceanfront Yin and Yang Grill features an outdoor lounge with a fireside sofa pit and interior spaces highlighted by sleek, dark furnishings, warm lighting, and a decorative patterned screen connecting the space to its landscape. At rooftop lounge Aura, a futuristic ice lounge floating over an underlit raised platform mixes with cabanas and private seating areas modeled after Majlis, or traditional gathering spaces.
