Chef/owner Michael White and the Altamarea Group will open Ai Fiori at the Setai Fifth Avenue later this month. Don Siembieda and Francisco Jove of DAS Concepts have blended understated elegance with a distinct New York ambiance enhanced by an impressive collection of works by established and emerging American and European artists.
A highly talented team of chefs and F&B professionals will lead the restaurant, including executive chef Chris Jaeckle, pastry chef Robert Truitt, director of bar operations & innovation Eben Freeman, and beverage director Hristo Zisovski overseeing the wine program. The restaurant will be directed by general manager Alfredo Ruiz and assisted by John Paulus.
