Ritz-Carlton is entering Oman as it assumes the management of the 250-key Al Bustan Palace in Muscat. The luxury hotel, which recently underwent a multimillion-dollar refurbishment to both the interior and exterior, features a 38-meter-high domed atrium lobby, intricate handcrafted wallcoverings, and original carvings.
Amenities include seven restaurants and bars, meeting and banquet facilities, 200 acres of landscaped gardens, the longest beach in the country, five pools, a spa, water sports center, and a Tennis Village. The hotel is currently operating under the InterContinental flag.
